Currently, there is no demo for EverQuest II and the likelihood of there being one is nil. However, upon preregistering for the game prior to its release, you receive a cd that includes the character creation software along with exclusive videos, music, concept art, and more.

The creators of EverQuest II want to make it so that the every character is unique, where each player will be able to recognize another by their physical appearances rather than by a name tag floating above their head. With the character creation module at the starting of the game, and within the preorder box, the consumer will be able to experience this first hand by having the ability to customize nearly every feature of their character's face including the arch of the brows and the size of their chin.
