EverQuest II, a Massively Multiplayer Online Gaming (MMOG) that was originally slotted to release in the second quarter of 2003, is now in the final stages of its beta testing program. Many enhancements and features have been added in the extended year and a half of development to bring consumers a new game that is pleasing to the eye as well as full of content for hours of gaming fun.

In late September of 2004, the information was updated for EverQuest II at the official Sony Online Entertainment online retail store. It now displays that the release date is estimated for November of 2004.
